Who we are

This website is run by Ruby Bagdade, a licensed real estate sales associate with LoKation Real Estate. Questions about this policy: [email protected] or (248) 410-6594.

What we collect

When you sign up for the UCF Off-Campus Housing Guide, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number (optional), whether you are a parent or student, your move-in timing, number of roommates, what housing you are interested in, and whether you agreed to calls or texts. We record the date and time of your sign-up.

Our website host (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) may process basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

When you request hand-picked homes, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), whether you want to buy or rent, preferred areas, budget, bedrooms, bathrooms, timeline, financing status, must-haves, and whether you agreed to calls or texts.

How we use it

• To give you access to the guide, send you the homes you requested, and send housing information you asked for.
• To contact you about housing by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To call or text you, only if you checked the optional box agreeing to that. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. Sign-ups are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, which are accessible to Ruby Bagdade. We may share information with LoKation Real Estate as required for brokerage supervision and recordkeeping, or when required by law.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you gave us, or to stop all contact, email [email protected] and we will take care of it.

Browser storage

After you sign up, your browser remembers that the guide is unlocked so you don't have to sign up again. This is stored only in your own browser.
